 d will travel through Lake Howard before making its way across Lake May in
 to Lake Shipp\, circling counterclockwise\, and returning to Lake May to c
 onclude. The event is led by the Winter Haven Police Department\, with the
  Polk County Sheriff’s Office marking the parade’s end.\n\nWhether you
 ’re joining the parade with your decorated boat or enjoying the view fro
 m shore\, this event promises a magical evening for all ages. Lake Shipp P
 ark offers one of the best viewing areas for spectators.\n\nThere is no co
 st to participate\, but boaters are encouraged to register in advance to h
